30 Day Shred

I have decided to start the 30 Day Shred... AGAIN.
This will be my second time at it and hopefully I will get past level 2 and not quit after 1 1/2 weeks. I was going to go to the local gym and have a consultation with a personal trainer but I thought in my head "why would I do that when I have Jillian Michaels"
I saw the DVD looming over me and it was beginning to get dusty so I decided to whip it out this afternoon and start on level 1! IT WAS EASY! I actually got through the workout without feeling like I was going to fall over and die. Derek napped so peacefully during my workout and he was still sleeping when I was done so I decided to haul out the stationary bike we have stored in the guest bedroom and I used that for another 30 minutes! One hour of working out today and I am feeling good! I think that this is something I am going to have to continue to do everyday, I will have to motivate myself but I am going to get down to my ideal weight which is 125 (I am 140 right now) I am already back down to pre pregnancy weight and I blame my gaining 20 pounds to the excessive studying I was doing in college ;) Not eating, cause I mean you make such great decisions at 3 AM when you are slightly intoxicated. I for example would decide to walk down the street to the greasiest little food stand in the middle of the strip in Tuscaloosa and order the biggest plate of messy fries, they were delicious but seriously bad for my figure. So I am going to try and be the weight I was when I graduated high school, is that far fetched? Probably, but it is worth a shot.
